We would like to thank the members of the MAIA for their continued support and recognition. The MAIA conducts a biennial survey where they ask the MAIA members to rate their companies in 38 areas, including service, claims, underwriting and agency contract. The most recent survey scored MIC with the highest score in 19 of the 38 survey categories and with the highest three year combined average score among all of the ranked companies.
